Server Quote Check
We provide a free server quote check service. If you already have a quote and require a comparison we can usually match the exact same hardware and installation services at a better price. We also eastablished relationships with national IT companies that can assist with support throughout New Zealand.
Ad Hoc Support
We provide support to any user or business on a call by call basis. We have special rates for home users, small business networks and domain networks. We can also provide fixed price quotes where required.
Server Installations
We pride ourselves in being very competitve for businesses seeking a new server install. We provide both Physical and Virtualised servers at highly competitve prices. We have inhouse expertise that can provide professional installs to cover most customer requirements. We also have arrangements with National IT providers that can cover any needs for remote office locations although most needs can be met by remote access support.
Support Contracts
Many of our clients have a support contract with BayTech. This provides an excellent framework in which we can maintain your network on a regular basis and provide an excellent level of support. It includes maintenance tasks on servers, free phone, email, text and remote support for limited troubleshooting and queries and discounted labour rates.
